What you will do

• Execute growth strategies for core banking products via email, push, and in-app channels.
• Design and implement large-scale A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversions.
• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using data-driven insights.
• Prioritize growth opportunities and manage the experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Legal.
• Mentor junior marketers and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Strong data acumen and experience with large-scale multivariate testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from Oakland, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, neobanking, or personal finance.
• Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, and HTML.
• Quantitative degree in Economics, Statistics, Math, or Data Science.
