Product Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving awareness and adoption of hirify.global's Money Management products for startups with an accent on building go-to-market strategies and growth engines. Focus on defining positioning, messaging, and narratives for product launches and marketing campaigns to enable user-facing teams.

Location: New York, Toronto, South San Francisco HQ, or Chicago. Applicants not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Salary: $143,300 - $214,900 annually.

What you will do

  • Build the go-to-market strategy for the self-serve product suite for startups, driving adoption at different milestones of product maturity.
  • Define the positioning, messaging, and overarching narrative for Money Management direct products (hirify.global Treasury + Cards + Capital + Atlas) that serve startups and SMBs.
  • Support product launches by defining audience segments, crafting launch narratives, and coordinating cross-functional readiness.
  • Lead product announcements at major events, including developing keynote narratives and driving .com presence.
  • Partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Analytics teams to create impactful growth and marketing campaigns.
  • Enable user-facing teams at hirify.global to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market experience.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling product-led growth motions.
  • Strong product instincts and strategic storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable operating with a startup mindset and able to iterate quickly and independently.
  • Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial products, fintech, or money management platforms.
  • Real-world founder or startup network and empathy.
  • Experience adapting go-to-market strategies for international markets.
