Salary: $119,051 - $185,719 a year

What you will do
- Lead projects across the entire tech stack while mentoring others on best practices and quality standards.
- Develop new products and update existing offerings to enhance the platform's capabilities.
- Collaborate through pull requests and demos, identifying risks and blockers during the development process.
- Take full ownership of deliverables and support for systems and components from ideation to production.
- Align technical implementations with business goals by leveraging deep domain knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience planning and building production-level web applications using React and Ruby on Rails.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and query optimization for read/write performance and scalability.
- Fluency with Git, Unix/Linux environments, and automated testing tools.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Java.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted and agentic workflows.
- Passion for the Ad-Tech industry.
