Salary: $143,824 – $179,780 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver working software using TDD, pair programming, and continuous-release deployment.
• Mentor and teach agile engineering practices to client developers and military personnel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user stories that provide business value and technical feasibility.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle time.
• Build and test software solutions in Linux environments to ensure high reliability.

Requirements

• Active DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• 6-10 years of software development experience across various programming languages.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Elixir.
• Experience with Spring Boot, React, Vue, or Redux.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps tools (e.g., Git, GitLabCI, SonarQube).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, databases, and design patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a product or development team.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications.
• Experience working within a DoD "Software Factory".
• Background in training, mentoring, or up-skilling engineers.
