Salary: $135,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Architect scalable solutions for the claims engine's Communications & Documents ecosystem.
• Design and build performant APIs and relational database schemas.
• Mentor emerging talent and collaborate across departments to solve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to multiple initiatives within an agile, remote-first environment.
• Develop server-side code with a focus on scalability and performance.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Professional experience using React.
• Proven expertise in designing APIs and performant queries for relational databases.
• Must be based in the USA (excluding AK, CA, MT, ND, NY, RI, VT, WY).
• Must have valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience using Ruby on Rails.
