Supplier Success Professional (B2B Customer Support): Provide front-line support to suppliers by resolving inquiries, verifying compliance documentation, and ensuring seamless onboarding and service experience across multiple channels with an accent on customer experience and compliance accuracy. Focus on resolving complex supplier issues, processing regulatory documents like insurance and OSHA records, and collaborating with internal teams for improved service delivery.
Location: Lehi, Utah, United States. Hybrid schedule (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home) if within a commutable distance to one of our offices. Requires 100% attendance for 8 weeks of training starting June 8, 2026.
Pay rate: $16.00/hour USD

What you will do
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Resolve complex supplier issues focusing on customer experience and compliance
- Verify and process regulatory documents including insurance, safety manuals, and OSHA/MSHA records
- Log interactions accurately in Salesforce Service Cloud and follow up as needed
- Support billing, subscription inquiries, outbound campaigns, and annual verifications
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet supplier needs and maintain productivity metrics
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with PC applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High attention to detail, adaptability, self-motivation, and stress tolerance
- Ability to learn new systems, manage multiple priorities, and ensure regular attendance
