Client Services Processor (Retail): Supporting the Client Services team in providing high-quality support for order processing and client resolutions with an accent on back-end operations and inter-departmental coordination. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Boston Heights, OH, USA)
Salary: $23.00 per hour

What you will do
- Partner with internal departments (Special Order, Parts Team, Tech Services, Buying Teams) to ensure proper repair and replacement of collections.
- Process stock, special parts orders, and special-order exchanges, and manage UPS label inquiries.
- Communicate canceled purchase orders and fabric delays or samples to relevant stakeholders.
- Assess images for clarity and verify issues against order details to determine appropriate resolutions based on company policy.
- Serve as a primary information source for showroom guests via chat, managing FAQs and client services knowledge.
- Collaborate across the Client Services team to identify and troubleshoot operational issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a customer-service-focused environment (high-volume call center experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Salesforce and STORIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid at the Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
