What you will do

  • Design and iterate on onboarding processes to automate and streamline the client welcoming experience.
  • Manage the collection and structuring of client spend data, ensuring 99.99% accuracy.
  • Lead the "Success Path" for new customers, coordinating technical setup and data migration across internal teams.
  • Act as the central liaison between Account Management, Solutions, Procurement, and external client stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions for procurement, finance, and IT teams to drive platform adoption.
  • Own and report on key performance metrics including stack accuracy and time-to-value.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, a high-growth startup, or a rigorous professional services firm.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong interest in AI tooling and a habit of experimenting with new technology.
  • Obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to zero-discrepancy data management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable interacting with C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
