What you will do

• Analyze criminal records to determine applicant eligibility and mitigate risks for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations and legal guidelines.
• Manage inquiries from clients and consumers via phone and email, providing guidance on the screening process.
• Utilize GenAI tools to accelerate deliverables and audit AI outputs for factual accuracy and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on open tasks and workload management.
• Ensure data governance by preventing the exposure of proprietary or PII data to unauthorized AI models.

Requirements

• Must be based in AZ, UT, WY, ID, TX, NC, or FL.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations.
• Ability to follow established rules and regulatory guidelines strictly.
• Competency in crafting context-rich prompts for AI tools to achieve high-quality results.
