What you will do

• Provide technical consulting and support for golf course operators using proprietary software.
• Perform remote connections for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical issues involving Windows printing, Bluetooth, port forwarding, and basic SQL queries.
• Guide clients on maximizing revenue and business efficiency through software utilization.
• Manage and document investigation details within Salesforce cases.
• Propose product improvements and internal process optimizations based on partner feedback.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Windows, Office, TCP/IP, and LAN functionalities.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Orlando, FL.
• Experience in a help desk environment or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Networking.
• Ability to rapidly learn new software and technical applications.
• Patience and communication skills for supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MTA.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) software in retail or F&B environments.
• Previous experience in the golf industry.
