Salary: $190,700 – $291,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product designers, championing their work across the organization.
• Define KPIs linked to company-wide OKRs and drive the team to deliver against them.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ship high-value customer solutions.
• Evolve design operations by adopting industry best practices and leveraging the latest AI capabilities.
• Integrate continuous research and testing into the workflow to discover actual user needs.
• Define and drive the design processes, tools, and infrastructure required for successful agile development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design or user experience design.
• 5+ years of experience building design teams and cultures that ship technical SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision and achieve alignment from engineers to executives.
• Deep experience shipping complex tools, design systems, and multi-role products across web, iOS, and/or Android.
• Exceptional communication skills for bringing clarity to complex topics.
• Must be based in the United States.
