TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new sales opportunities through cold outreach and lead qualification with an accent on pipeline management and market expansion. Focus on leveraging CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to set meetings for sales executives.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work from the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday)
Salary: $80,000 Annual OTE ($55,000 base + $25,000 commission)

What you will do
- Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Generate sales opportunities via cold calling, emailing, and CRM platforms.
- Set up meetings between potential customers and sales executives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Refine the company's lead generation playbook through identified best practices.
- Analyze prospect needs to suggest appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, or Tech.
- Bachelor’s Degree recommended.
- SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a plus.
