Location: 100% remote, must be based in the United States (eligible states: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, WI). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $159,120 - $238,680

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the Store Ordering suite, aligning it with company-level goals.
• Collaborate with Data and ML teams to evolve forecasting accuracy, ordering policies, and define system guardrails.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional delivery and change management for multi-chain rollouts.
• Establish operational excellence by owning SLAs, incident response processes, and telemetry strategies.
• Translate deep customer insights into product strategy and support GTM on renewals and expansions.
• Define and track key success metrics such as accuracy, adoption, and business impact to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a PM shipping and scaling mature customer-facing software.
• Proven ability to set product vision and strategy and align cross-functional leadership.
• Technical fluency in web and mobile architecture, API specifications, and SQL.
• Sophisticated analytical skills for defining metrics frameworks and designing A/B tests or phased rollouts.
• Must reside in one of the eligible US states listed in the location section.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, grocery, retail, or other operationally complex domains.
• Experience using generative coding tools for rapid prototyping.
