What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy for the internal developer experience platform to accelerate software delivery.
• Own the roadmap for developer productivity and experimentation, balancing immediate needs with long-term transformation.
• Lead the transition from manual workflows to automated, API-driven, and AI-agent-compatible systems.
• Shape the integration of AI-assisted workflows and agent-based systems into core development platforms.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define success metrics and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Promote the adoption of standardized development paths to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related technical roles (or 6+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• 3+ years of experience leading complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams or organizational boundaries.
• Strong technical foundation in CI/CD, testing strategies, observability, and distributed systems.
• Experience with internal developer platforms or platform engineering.
• Ability to engage with senior engineers on architecture decisions and translate technical complexity into strategy.
• Must be based in the United States.
