What you will do
- Drive renewal conversations to increase renewal rates and support customer retention.
- Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities during the renewal process.
- Collaborate with Account Management to identify risk factors and ensure smooth execution.
- Partner with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback and support negotiations.
- Accurately document renewals and manage forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to support contract resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Direct experience managing software contract renewals and driving retention outcomes.
- Must be based in Miami, FL.
Nice to have
- Experience managing subscription or contract renewals end-to-end.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
