What you will do
- Own strategic account leadership and growth for enterprise customers, executing tailored plans in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and revenue growth, qualifying and positioning expansion opportunities.
- Build trusted executive relationships and align with sales strategies for retention and expansion.
- Lead business reviews and technical calls to align solutions with enterprise objectives and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively manage risks to retention and communicate account health to sales.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and track success metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- US-based for remote work.
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in cloud/SaaS, with enterprise track record.
- Proven achievement of commercial targets and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, procurement, and structures.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms like Gong.
- Understanding of workflow/storage challenges.
