Focus on owning renewal processes, monitoring customer health, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows and resolve issues.

Location: USA Remote (Hybrid work model)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary post-sale contact for SLG customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Host business reviews, share best practices, and guide advanced solution usage and workflow optimization.
  • Monitor customer health via data insights and proactively address risks.
  • Own end-to-end renewal process, including negotiation, pipeline management in Salesforce, and quota achievement.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop account strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, support, finance, and legal teams for seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales (SaaS, digital intelligence, or public sector preferred)
  • Direct experience in law enforcement, digital forensics, or investigative technology (preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding renewal or sales quotas
  • Strong technical acumen for advising on solution usage, workflows, and integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools; analytical and data-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong communication and relationship-building skills
