Location: Markham, ON, Canada (Onsite). Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or a valid work permit

Compensation: $95,000 - 115,000 plus up to 5% bonus

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues, outages, and connectivity problems to ensure SLAs.
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions for business-driven projects and site expansions.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, firmware upgrades, and monthly weekend maintenance activities.
• Implement and maintain network security controls, firewall configurations, and segmentation designs.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure and application teams to support 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing and configuring networks.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet network management.
• Experience in information security and working within global teams supporting international customers.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Radius, and Tacacs.
• University or College degree in a technology-related field and professional networking certification.
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless technologies.
• Experience in formalized IT operations according to ITIL standards.
• Experience with network monitoring systems.
