What you will do

• Lead the full design and development lifecycle of online courses, emphasizing asynchronous and digital learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design theories including adult learning principles, Cognitive Load Theory, and multimedia learning frameworks.
• Design assessments and activities ensuring content mastery, certification readiness, and skill development.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into learner-friendly materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for high-quality course delivery aligned with business needs.
• Integrate accessibility, UX/UI, and quality assurance best practices; use learner data to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or workforce development
• Strong understanding of learning science, assessment design, and adult learning theory.
• Experience developing online courses using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset focused on learner outcomes.
• Experience with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in remote environments.
