What you will do

• Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and define learning objectives.
• Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions virtually or in-person and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
• Measure program effectiveness using analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and instructional content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or L&D roles.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and stakeholder management skills.
