What you will do

• Design and develop lesson plans, masterclasses, and resources ensuring engaging, results-oriented content across formats like video, written, and digital.
• Build and manage Inner Circle curriculum and LMS in collaboration with stakeholders and contractors.
• Strategize communications for programs like Inner Circle, Studio Transformation, and Studio Sync across email, social media, and platforms.
• Research trends in education and dance industry to innovate teaching methods and improve outcomes.
• Analyze member feedback and data to refine curriculum and boost engagement.
• Manage multiple projects, partner cross-functionally, and use AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years in curriculum development, content strategy, or educational program management, preferably digital/membership-based.
• Proven ability to create engaging educational content in multiple formats.
• Experience managing communications across email, social media, and online platforms.
• Data-driven approach using analytics and feedback for improvements.
• Strong project management for multiple projects and stakeholders.
• AI tool experience for workflow acceleration.

• Knowledge of dance industry or passion for small business owners.
