TL;DR
Sales Strategy and Ops (AI): Driving revenue growth across key industry verticals by developing and executing industry-specific go-to-market strategies with an accent on B2B SaaS expertise and scalable frameworks. Focus on territory segmentation, sales process optimization, and cross-functional alignment between product and sales teams.
Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in or able to work from the London office at least 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Develop and refine industry-specific GTM strategies and sector focus for verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Build industry-specific value propositions, use cases, and sales playbooks to standardize customer value derivation.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory segmentation and account prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align industry-specific feature requirements.
- Optimize the sales technology stack and ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and other BI tools.
- Prepare executive-level materials, including industry performance reviews and board updates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software with a focus on sales strategy or revenue operations.
- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling sales organizations within enterprise industry verticals.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical ability to convert complex industry data into actionable GTM insights.
- Ability to influence and partner with C-level stakeholders and senior sales leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.

- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, specifically through 3x+ growth periods.
- Background in AI/ML or cloud infrastructure.
- Management consulting experience with a focus on commercial excellence.
