TL;DR
Higher Education Account Executive (EdTech): Managing the end-to-end university lifecycle across the LATAM territory to drive adoption and growth of within educational institutions with an accent on relationship building and strategic sales. Focus on driving MAU growth, implementing campus-wide deployments, and aligning product usage with educational outcomes.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas (must be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week)

What you will do
- Own the university lifecycle strategy, planning, and execution within the LATAM territory to drive MAU growth.
- Foster strategic relationships with university administration, professors, and students to ensure successful product deployment.
- Manage campus-wide implementations, including onboarding via Single-Sign-on across multiple departments.
- Develop and execute data-informed growth strategies to exceed revenue targets and improve retention.
- Analyze usage patterns and trends to inform future product and marketing roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver transformation strategies focused on educational outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in the Higher Education market with a deep understanding of university efficiency solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required for engaging stakeholders across the LATAM region.
- Proven sales expertise in education software combined with knowledge of instructional technology design.
- Experience implementing new technologies and managing university-wide deployments.
- Strong business planning and communication skills to simplify complex concepts for customers.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Austin, Texas office.
