What you will do

• Translate financial plans into regional and segment-level targets, investment priorities, and operating plans.
• Build investment and resourcing plans to ensure capacity alignment with strategic priorities.
• Perform attainment, productivity, and performance analyses to identify operational risks and opportunities.
• Develop individual field targets to drive accountability and performance across the revenue organization.
• Lead end-to-end bi-annual planning cycles, driving alignment across Finance, GTM Leadership, and Field Operations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to guide GTM strategy, including segmentation and org design.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in GTM strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and planning experience connecting strategy to targets and investment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and consumption-based revenue models in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional planning processes and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
