What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with digital, technical, commercial, and design stakeholders to define digital experiences for new integration.
• Align Fusion product roadmap and API development with digital delivery plans.
• Articulate requirements and partner with architects to define API specs for customer journeys.
• Create and own delivery plans for digital teams, tracking progress with Agile managers.
• Report on progress in programme groups and project leadership forums.
• Communicate experience changes and customer impacts to operational, marketing, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience delivering large-scale CRM transformation in digital context.
• Salesforce experience (mandatory), ideally Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity).
• Comfortable leading and contributing to technical discussions, including API design and delivery.
• Confident facilitating sessions with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in Energy/utilities sector.
