Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA

Salary: $260,000 — $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Oversee project staffing and team assembly, ensuring the most effective deployment of talent across all initiatives.
  • Evaluate and streamline end-to-end creative workflows to enhance scalability, speed, and output quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creatives and designers, defining career paths and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Partner with Studio Leadership and Finance to manage the department's operating budget, including annual planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Business Operations to implement tools and systems that reduce friction and enable innovation.
  • Act as the primary resource gatekeeper between Creative & Design and cross-functional teams such as Production, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, or artist management, with significant leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in production workflows across digital, experiential, and campaign-based work.
  • Proven track record in resource management, capacity modeling, and aligning talent to priorities in high-volume environments.
  • Strong analytical fluency with the ability to translate workload metrics into actionable resourcing strategies.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and aligning creative operations with broader organizational goals.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burbank, CA.
