What you will do

• Execute the APQP process with assigned suppliers to ensure program milestones are met or exceeded.
• Assure supplier compliance with PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and Run at Rate requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive short-term containment and long-term corrective actions cross-functionally.
• Analyze warranty returns to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.
• Build and manage strong partnerships with international suppliers, navigating cultural and language barriers.
• Utilize the PRTS system and data analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing product quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a technical focus (Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality or Engineering applicable to automotive production or EV chargers/adapters.
• Proficiency in print reading, part measurement, gage design, and GD&T.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/assembly processes and statistical quality control.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in automotive quality or EV components.
• Experience in circuit board manufacturing or other electrical components.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading others.
• Supplier quality experience in Asia with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
