What you will do

• Maintain and manage a trained quality staff to execute quality processes and procedures.
• Establish department goals, submit month-end reports, and champion customer scorecard reviews.
• Participate in corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities like Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Track and manage supplier quality performance and third-party quality resources.
• Champion monthly management reviews and monitor customer quality websites for compliance.
• Develop procedural systems in accordance with IATF and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in Quality Discipline.
• Management/Supervisory experience.
• Automotive component supplier manufacturing experience preferred.
• Program management experience.
• Proficient in IATF, AIAG, and Customer Specific requirements, blueprint reading, capability studies, Gauge R&R, SPC, and GD&T.
