What you will do

• Execute flagship events such as Ship and Next.js Conf, coordinating launches and narrative arcs.
• Lead end-to-end planning and stagecraft, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with PMM and leadership to develop keynotes, demos, and curate a speaker bench.
• Manage high-impact sponsored presences at major industry events like AWS re:Invent.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with design, video, and product marketing teams.
• Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and pipeline impact to optimize future events.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in event planning and execution.
• Hands-on experience running conferences or product launches with 1000+ attendees.
• Working knowledge of global industry stages (e.g., AWS re:Invent).
• Strong operational rigor in run-of-show documentation, A/V coordination, and budgeting.
• Ability to design experiences specifically for technical audiences (engineers, CTOs).
• Must be based in New York City or San Francisco
