What you will do

• Drive and execute growth marketing strategy for the US and Canada, focusing on new business acquisition.
• Plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns including email, webinars, paid media, sponsored events, and ABM.
• Develop ICPs and personas to architect efficient buying journeys and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversions and reduce CAC.
• Localize global campaigns, manage regional marketing budget, and analyze performance with KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales on messaging alignment and stay current on competitive landscape and trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing with focus on demand generation and new business growth
• Proven success driving pipeline and revenue in North American markets, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and Salesforce CRM
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and attribution models
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
