Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

What you will do

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs including client roundtables, executive dinners, industry conferences, and digital events.
  • Partner with regional teams on account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to support priority accounts and pipeline goals.
  • Localize global campaign assets for regional messaging, cultural context, and market priorities.
  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors while managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and event logistics.
  • Collaborate on multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, website) to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Track and report program metrics like registration, attendance, leads, and pipeline influence, providing insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services or technology.
  • Strong understanding of B2B tactics including demand generation, ABM, remarketing, and event programs.
  • Proven project/stakeholder management in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Experience analyzing campaign/event data and translating into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom, ABM platforms, marketing databases, LinkedIn tools, and agentic AI for planning/content/workflow.
  • Strong vendor/budget management and hands-on event coordination (in-person/virtual).
