Salary: $85,000 - $120,000

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS leader in Procurement Analytics that helps global corporations maximize savings and drive supply chain resilience.

What you will do

  • Design and manage integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and webinars to engage the ICP.
  • Iterate on campaign themes, landing pages, and ad copy to optimize the journey from Lead to MQL.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the annual flagship event, hirify.globalFriends Chicago.
  • Design and host high-touch mini-events, such as executive roundtables and VIP dinners for key prospects.
  • Manage presence at US industry tradeshows, handling everything from booth logistics to post-event lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with US Sales and Customer Success teams to provide event-driven opportunities to close deals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing both digital demand generation and physical events.
  • Expertise in building marketing campaigns and mapping the full digital customer journey.
  • Strong project management skills for running large-scale conferences and intimate executive events.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives and collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch.
  • Understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
