What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle across Labor & Trust and SLED segments, from pipeline generation to contract execution.
- Develop and execute territory strategies targeting Taft-Hartley funds, government agencies, and public education systems.
- Build direct relationships with trustees, benefits administrators, union leadership, and public sector procurement officials.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including RFPs, RFIs, and public procurement processes.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and ROI analyses tailored to union and government workforce needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Strategic Alliances, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling into Labor & Trust (Taft-Hartley), SLED, or public sector environments.
- Proven track record of closing 6-figure+ enterprise deals in complex, regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of union benefit structures, trust governance, and public sector budget cycles.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagement.
- Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits and market focus).
