Location: US Remote

Salary: $120K to $140K USD plus commission per year

What you will do

  • Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite leaders in hospitals and large physician groups.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and align on customer goals and outcomes.
  • Lead discovery to understand priorities, challenges, and growth potential; translate into tailored value propositions.
  • Navigate healthcare buying processes, synthesize insights, and drive momentum across multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Identify and nurture internal champions to advance buy-in and expand hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise or consultative healthcare sales experience, ideally in hospitals or large provider organizations
  • Proven success selling complex technical solutions into multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience influencing C-suite leaders and collaborating with post-sale teams like Customer Success
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital operations; Health IT experience strongly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, executive presentation, business acumen, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)

  • Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MPH) and relevant sales certifications
