Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive territory growth through prospecting and closing new business while managing existing accounts.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations to physicians and genetic counselors to communicate the value of genetic testing solutions.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings, maintaining a high field presence of 4.5 days per week.
• Lead educational initiatives, including physician lunches, dinners, and regional conference events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth client onboarding and timely issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain a clinician development pipeline using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician sales/services) or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and territory activities successfully.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
