Location: Must be based in Charlotte East, NC

Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen via direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated geographic region.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to accelerate market growth.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation and business development.
  • Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Background in Women's Health.
  • Clinical laboratory experience.
  • Possession of a convertible book of business.
