Salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Build and scale the field marketing program from the ground up, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Design and run high-impact in-person experiences such as executive dinners, roundtables, and industry events.
• Partner with Sales and the CRO to align programs with pipeline goals and account strategies.
• Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including venues, vendors, and budgets.
• Launch regional campaigns to amplify brand presence and accelerate deals.
• Track and report ROI and pipeline influence to company leadership.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in field marketing, demand gen, or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of building programs that directly increased revenue.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex programs.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing executives.
• Creative, resourceful, and biased toward action.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available to work onsite 5 days a week
