Salary: $123,000 - 147,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to revenue goals.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to regional needs and aligned with global campaigns.
  • Utilize AI and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams to optimize lead follow-up and pipeline conversion.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be located in the Eastern time zone (US).
  • 5+ years of experience in field/regional marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and campaign tracking.
  • Experience managing both hosted and third-party events.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
