Salary: $123,000 - 147,000 OTE

What you will do
- Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to revenue goals.
- Lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, including logistics and vendor management.
- Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to regional needs and aligned with global campaigns.
- Utilize AI and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams to optimize lead follow-up and pipeline conversion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in the Eastern time zone (US).
- 5+ years of experience in field/regional marketing or demand generation.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and campaign tracking.
- Experience managing both hosted and third-party events.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
