TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global), with a priority for candidates based in North America

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 USD plus 20% variable compensation

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and engage prospects via discovery calls, emails, and chats.
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales team members to advance qualified leads through the funnel.
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global’s features and value proposition to create product interest.
  • Manage CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Utilize AI tools for prospect research, call preparation, and drafting high-quality engagement materials.
  • Proactively identify target accounts through outbound LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for professional research, writing, and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully distributed environment.
  • Must be comfortable occasionally shifting working hours across weekends and odd hours to coordinate with a global team.

Nice to have

  • 2-5 years of experience in a BDR/JDR or similar sales role.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and managed hosting services.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and setting up successful sales conversations.
