Senior Partner Business Development Manager (IT Channel Sales): Driving ’s indirect channel business in Hungary by building and growing a high-performing partner ecosystem across Microsoft CSP and a multi-vendor portfolio with an accent on gross-profit growth and strengthening ’s brand in-country. Focus on recruiting and onboarding Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators into ’s indirect CSP program.
Location: Budapest, Hungary. Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Hungary. Language Requirements: Hungarian (fluent) and English at a professional level

What you will do
- Recruit and onboard Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators into ’s indirect CSP program.
- Maintain and manage a partner recruitment pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build joint business plans and run quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft CSP and NCE, including renewals, transitions, and incentive optimisation.
- Own Hungary channel revenue, gross-profit targets, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Plan and execute partner enablement, co-op, and MDF-funded demand generation activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in IT channel sales, partner management, or distribution.
- Hands-on experience within a Tier-2 or value-added IT distributor environment.
- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft CSP indirect provider model, NCE, and MCI policy.
- An established network of Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue and gross-profit targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
