Focus on recruiting and onboarding Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators into hirify.global’s indirect CSP program.

Location: Budapest, Hungary. Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Hungary. Language Requirements: Hungarian (fluent) and English at a professional level

What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators into hirify.global’s indirect CSP program.
  • Maintain and manage a partner recruitment pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build joint business plans and run quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft CSP and NCE, including renewals, transitions, and incentive optimisation.
  • Own Hungary channel revenue, gross-profit targets, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Plan and execute partner enablement, co-op, and MDF-funded demand generation activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in IT channel sales, partner management, or distribution.
  • Hands-on experience within a Tier-2 or value-added IT distributor environment.
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft CSP indirect provider model, NCE, and MCI policy.
  • An established network of Hungarian resellers, MSPs, hosters, and system integrators.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue and gross-profit targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
