What you will do

• Design and build across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and worker orchestration systems.
• Write production-quality code, integrating AI-assisted development as a core part of the workflow.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and systemic risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of making and owning architectural decisions.
• Strong hands-on experience with full-stack and distributed/worker orchestration systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
