What you will do

• Design and evolve secure, scalable, and decoupled core product microservices and frontend user experiences.
• Implement and maintain resilient distributed systems that support mission-critical product features.
• Translate complex product requirements into functional software solutions and clear deliverables.
• Advocate for best practices in domain-driven design, API contract management, and observability.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend microservices and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java or Scala.
• Proven full-stack experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• 5+ years of experience delivering and operating services in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• 5+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
