What you will do

• Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions for complex lending problems using React, GraphQL, and Java/Kotlin.
• Participate in brainstorming, technical design, and grooming for the next generation of borrowing products.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality software.
• Ensure overall product quality and build to maintain reliability for global customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including building and operating end-to-end systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React or React Native development at product scale.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React and a backend language (Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Go, or Python).
• Experience with distributed large-scale systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Arlington, VA hub to meet the hybrid attendance requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, lending, or payments industries where security and compliance are critical.
