What you will do

  • Own and strengthen executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Drive strategic account expansion by identifying new opportunities and leading proposal and negotiation processes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through structured check-ins and executive business reviews to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and complex challenges promptly.
  • Assess evolving client business needs and recommend additional engineers or AI solutions aligned with their strategic roadmap.
  • Own account performance metrics to forecast growth, identify risks, and maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex, or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior executives.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to guide strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
