What you will do

• Deliver pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for customers using deep product knowledge.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate company products or solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop detailed product specifications and contribute to design and implementation plans for complex solutions.
• Build proof-of-concepts or rapid prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility and value.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence solution strategy and technical direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must reside in Ohio, Michigan or St. Louis, MO.
