TL;DR

Salary: Base compensation in the $100ks + commission and bonus

What you will do

  • Design and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive market expansion and maximize territory value through new sales initiatives and customer retention.
  • Establish pipeline management standards and ensure enterprise-wide forecasting accuracy for executive reporting.
  • Provide executive oversight and mentorship to the regional sales management team to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Implement training programs and mentorship frameworks to instill a value-based selling culture.
  • Champion the adoption of technology platforms, specifically Salesforce, to align with strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B selling experience in a direct field-based environment, preferably in legal marketing.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership managing a team of sales managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven executive-level track record of consistently exceeding ambitious sales quotas.
  • Must be able to work remotely and travel to customer locations and corporate headquarters in the US.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
