What you will do

• Lead commercial and contractual governance for strategic hard services portfolios.
• Master contracts, amendments, pricing, and performance mechanisms for key clients.
• Structure and negotiate contract modifications, scope changes, and commercial adjustments.
• Activate contractual provisions to enhance margins, reduce risks, and increase flexibility.
• Align operations with contractual and financial goals, partnering with operations and finance teams.
• Provide executive strategic recommendations on account health, leveraging data for negotiations and decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years progressive leadership in Facilities Management, Integrated FM, or complex service delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in contract governance, pricing strategy, and commercial optimization.
• Advanced financial acumen: margin modeling, forecasting, cost analysis, risk mitigation.
• Proven experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial, operational, and contractual data.
• Ability to travel 35% for meetings
• Broad knowledge of labor, safety, regulatory laws, SOX compliance, and insurance impacts.
