What you will do

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and lease documents.
• Optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, validation rules, and page layouts to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain Salesforce product catalogs, pricing, quotes, and supporting product documentation.
• Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards for executive-level (C-suite) reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT departments to align Salesforce processes with business requirements.
• Oversee pricing, discount approval processes, and account updates within Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, contract management, or a related role.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency, specifically in reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
• Proven experience in reviewing, editing, and negotiating contracts.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week on Eastern Time (ET).
• Proficiency with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
