Estimated base salary: $28.50–$59.35/hour

What you will do

• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, Legal stakeholders
• Create, edit, review, analyze sales quotes ensuring pricing policies and compliance
• Process sales orders for swift customer delivery
• Electronically file contracts and customer paperwork
• Collaborate on data cleanup projects with business systems team
• Assist with sales meetings and related activities

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in listed US states only
• Experience supporting Sales in technology industry preferred
• Excellent project management skills, positive attitude, detail-oriented
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, NetSuite)
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize requests, manage laterally/upwards
• Exceptional verbal/written communication at all organization levels
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, multi-tasking environment
