What you will do

  • Own and manage post-sale contract activity, including amendments, upsells, downsells, and renewals.
  • Execute renewal operations to ensure correct pricing, products, and alignment with customer entitlements.
  • Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce, leveraging dashboards to track lifecycle activity and churn.
  • Review incoming orders and renewal documentation for pricing accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to align contracts with commercial intent.
  • Evaluate and improve contract lifecycle processes to reduce friction and cycle time.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce, specifically data management, reporting, and contract-related objects.
  • Proven experience in contract, renewal, or commercial operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Deep understanding of subscription contracts, amendments, and their revenue implications.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • English: Fluency required

Nice to have

  • Experience with CLM tools or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Familiarity with billing and finance system integrations.
  • Knowledge of SaaS revenue models and churn mechanics.
