What you will do
- Own and manage post-sale contract activity, including amendments, upsells, downsells, and renewals.
- Execute renewal operations to ensure correct pricing, products, and alignment with customer entitlements.
- Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce, leveraging dashboards to track lifecycle activity and churn.
- Review incoming orders and renewal documentation for pricing accuracy and policy compliance.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to align contracts with commercial intent.
- Evaluate and improve contract lifecycle processes to reduce friction and cycle time.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, specifically data management, reporting, and contract-related objects.
- Proven experience in contract, renewal, or commercial operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Deep understanding of subscription contracts, amendments, and their revenue implications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- English: Fluency required
Nice to have
- Experience with CLM tools or Salesforce CPQ.
- Familiarity with billing and finance system integrations.
- Knowledge of SaaS revenue models and churn mechanics.
